The Anneau du Rhin is a permanent racetrack located in Biltzheim in the Haut-Rhin region of France. To simplify and streamline access for its participants and organizers, the Anneau du Rhin contacted us to create several specific tools.
The proposal
After analyzing the existing tools and the customer's needs, we created two custom applications: - A web application to improve and simplify the management of their events and their organizers. - A personalized mobile QR CODE scanning application dedicated to participants to access the tour.
The results
Graphic charter and prototype
The customer didn't have a specific graphic charter, so we adapted the visual identity from their existing website.
A prototype was then produced using Adobe XD to validate the user experience (UX) of the web application (event and organizer administration) and the PWA.
The web application
The web application was custom-developed on the basis of a mass-market tool, and modified according to the customer's aspirations, removing superfluous functionalities.
As part of its development, we favored a sober, uncluttered and functional interface. We wanted to make it easy for users to get to grips with the interface, with quick access to essential information.
PWA and mobile application
With a view to optimization, time constraints and providing a solution adapted to our customer's needs, we created a PWA application.
This application allows aux organizers to scan the participant's QR CODE to give them access to the circuit.
Mobile features :
As part of our range of features, we've installed a dedicated fall alarm for motorcyclists to warn of potential accidents and make the circuit safer.
We have created a specific component to validate this action.
Another customer requirement was a signature system to validate documents and dynamically generate the QR CODE.
